Version 1.0 • Trickster Revival is an independently operated private server and a RevivalGG project. These Terms govern the website, account portal, game server, store, community features and related services.
1. Important notice — private server
Trickster Revival is an independently operated private game server and a project of RevivalGG. Trickster Revival and RevivalGG are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, operated by, or officially associated with Ntreev Soft Co., Ltd., its former or current affiliates, publishers, licensors, successors, partners, NCSoft, GamePot, or any other past or present rights holder associated with Trickster Online.
The Service is not represented as an official continuation, authorized edition, licensed version or official service of the original game. Its private and independent nature does not itself create or imply authorization to use third-party intellectual property.
2. Third-party intellectual property
Game names, trademarks, characters, artwork, music, sounds, graphics, designs, software elements and other intellectual property associated with the original Trickster game may belong to their respective rights holders and remain their property. RevivalGG does not claim ownership merely because such material appears in or is referenced by Trickster Revival.
RevivalGG branding, original website components, original graphics, systems, documentation and materials independently created by RevivalGG remain subject to their respective rights. References to Ntreev Soft Co., Ltd. are provided solely for historical identification and transparency and do not imply affiliation.
3. Official domain and anti-phishing
The official Trickster Revival service domain is trickster.revivalgg.com. No other domain should be considered official for account login, registration, Point purchases, store transactions, support or official downloads unless it is expressly listed by RevivalGG through the official portal.
Never submit credentials, payment information or authentication codes to imitation websites. RevivalGG staff will never require your password for ordinary support. External links and approved payment providers may use their own domains and will be identified before use.
4. Accounts and security
A Revival account may act as a master account associated with one or more Trickster Revival game accounts. Users must not impersonate others, create accounts for fraud, knowingly provide false payment/security information, circumvent disciplinary action, or access another person’s account without authorization.
You are responsible for protecting your credentials. Account sharing may expose the account to theft, item loss, unauthorized purchases and disciplinary consequences. Our ability to resolve disputes caused by voluntary credential sharing may be limited.
5. Service availability and changes
Trickster Revival is an independently maintained online service. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, hosting/network failures, attacks, security incidents, software updates, database work and circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause downtime.
RevivalGG may update rates, drops, quests, maps, events, classes, skills, balance, item statistics, MyShop inventory, prices, Points pricing, Gacha pools and odds, progression systems, rules and technical infrastructure. Significant player-facing changes should be communicated when practical.
6. Bugs, exploits and prohibited technical abuse
Finding a bug does not grant permission to exploit it. Bugs capable of producing items, currency, Points, experience, rewards or unintended advantages must not be knowingly abused. Benefits obtained through exploitation may be removed and serious abuse may result in rollback, temporary suspension or permanent termination.
Cheats, packet/memory manipulation, unauthorized automation, speed manipulation, duplication exploits, malicious modified clients, attacks on the Service, phishing and malware distribution are prohibited.
7. Revival Points and virtual items
Points are virtual units intended for supported RevivalGG services. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, Points are not money, cryptocurrency, bank deposits, investments or guaranteed stored monetary value and are not redeemable for cash merely because they were acquired with real currency.
Virtual items, including cosmetics, equipment, consumables, pets, accessories, Gacha rewards and promotional rewards, grant a limited in-service right of use and do not transfer intellectual-property ownership. Unauthorized real-money trading of accounts, characters, Points, items, currency or progression services may be sanctioned.
8. Purchases and payment
Where a payment grants Points, virtual items or another defined benefit, the transaction is treated as a purchase of digital content or virtual currency, not merely as a charitable donation. Prices, package contents and applicable payment information should be shown before confirmation. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.
Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, fees, payment method, promotions or exchange-rate effects. Future prices may change without retroactively changing completed transactions.
9. Gacha and randomized rewards
Trickster Revival may offer Gacha, Random Boxes, Capsules, Draws, Spins or other randomized systems. A paid randomized attempt does not guarantee a particular desired item unless the applicable Gacha explicitly states otherwise.
Paid Gacha should provide access to the relevant reward pool and probabilities before Points are spent. Previous unsuccessful attempts do not increase future odds unless a specific pity/guarantee system clearly says so. Duplicates may occur when permitted by the pool.
If a pity or guarantee system exists, its threshold, resets, carry-over rules and guaranteed reward should be disclosed. If no pity system is stated, users must not assume one exists. Gacha is optional entertainment, not an investment or a way to earn money.
10. Minors
Users who are minors under applicable law should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before making purchases. RevivalGG may implement age restrictions, spending limits or disable monetization features in jurisdictions where reasonably necessary or legally required.
11. Refunds, reversals and chargebacks
Digital transactions may become final after Points or content have been delivered or consumed, always subject to mandatory consumer rights. Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate transactions, processing errors, failed delivery, unauthorized transactions, technical errors or circumstances where applicable law provides a remedy.
When legally permitted, used Points or consumed digital content may not be refundable. If a transaction is reversed, corresponding unused benefits may be removed. Fraudulent chargebacks intended to retain both the funds and virtual benefits may result in benefit reversal and account restrictions. Legitimate disputes or lawful consumer rights will not, by themselves, be treated as fraud.
12. Player conduct and enforcement
Players must follow the separate Server Rules. Depending on severity, enforcement may include warnings, chat restrictions, removal of improperly obtained benefits, temporary suspension, permanent suspension, restrictions on related accounts and other reasonable protective measures. Severe cheating, fraud, account theft, attacks or serious abuse may result in immediate action.
13. Logs, rankings and promotions
RevivalGG may maintain technical and administrative logs reasonably necessary for account security, gameplay, transactions, moderation and fraud prevention. Public rankings may display game-related data such as character name, level, class, guild and ranking position.
Promotional codes and Daily Rewards may be subject to expiration dates, account restrictions, cooldowns and anti-abuse controls. Creating or manipulating accounts specifically to circumvent reward limitations may lead to cancellation of rewards or other sanctions.
14. Staff conduct
Staff must not use administrative privileges to unfairly benefit ordinary player accounts, generate unauthorized items, manipulate rankings for personal benefit, disclose private account information without a legitimate reason, accept private payment for administrative favors or manipulate randomized outcomes for specific users.
15. Privacy
RevivalGG may process information necessary to operate and secure the Service, including usernames, email addresses, authentication/security information, IP/security logs, account relationships, transaction records and support communications. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Suspension, shutdown and data
Users may stop using the Service at any time. As a privately operated server, Trickster Revival may eventually be migrated, suspended, modified or discontinued. If permanent shutdown becomes necessary, RevivalGG will attempt to provide reasonable notice when circumstances permit. Mandatory consumer rights related to recent purchases remain unaffected.
Technical failures, database corruption or severe exploits may require backups and rollbacks. Reasonable efforts will be made to minimize legitimate player loss, but uninterrupted or permanent preservation of game progression cannot be guaranteed where law permits.
17. Third-party services and applicable law
The Service may integrate payment processors, CAPTCHA providers, hosting providers, email services, Discord and other third-party platforms that have their own terms and policies. Certain purchasing or randomized monetization features may be restricted or modified in particular jurisdictions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that applicable law does not permit users to waive. Mandatory consumer requirements prevail to the extent of any conflict.
18. Updates and contact
These Terms may be updated as Trickster Revival evolves. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate official channel, and renewed consent will be requested where required by law.

Final acknowledgement
By creating an account or continuing to use Trickster Revival, you acknowledge that it is an independently operated private server, is not an official Ntreev Soft service, third-party intellectual property remains with its respective owners, Points and virtual items do not transfer ownership of the underlying game, randomized systems may not provide a desired reward, and the Service may evolve over time.
