This policy describes the categories of information the Trickster Revival portal may process to operate accounts, security, payments and community services.
Depending on the features you use, the Service may process account usernames, email addresses, linked game-account identifiers, password authentication data in protected form, IP/security logs, session information, transaction and wallet records, coupon redemptions, moderation/security records and support communications.
Information may be used to create and authenticate accounts, link game accounts, prevent abuse and fraud, secure sessions, deliver purchased or earned virtual benefits, maintain transaction records, provide support, investigate violations, operate rankings and comply with applicable obligations.
Passwords should be handled using appropriate security measures and should not be displayed through ordinary administrative interfaces. RevivalGG staff will not ask users to send passwords through Discord, email or support tickets.
The portal may use cookies or equivalent session mechanisms necessary to keep users signed in, protect forms against request forgery, preserve security state and provide essential functionality. Additional non-essential analytics should be disclosed before deployment where required.
Registration or security forms may use Google reCAPTCHA or another anti-abuse provider. Payments, email delivery, hosting and community links may involve external providers. Information submitted directly to those providers is also governed by their policies.
When a third-party payment processor is used, RevivalGG may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount and related metadata while the processor handles sensitive payment credentials according to its own system. Complete card details should not be stored by the Trickster Revival portal unless a future implementation explicitly requires and lawfully secures them.
Security, transaction, moderation and operational logs may be retained for periods reasonably necessary for account protection, fraud prevention, support, financial records, dispute handling and legal obligations. Retention may differ by category and jurisdiction.
Personal information is not intended to be sold as a standalone product. Data may be shared with service providers when needed to operate hosting, payments, email, anti-abuse or other functionality, and when legally required or necessary to protect the Service and its users.
Game-related information such as character name, level, class, guild and ranking position may be displayed publicly through rankings. Users should avoid using character names that reveal private personal information.
Where applicable law grants access, correction, deletion, objection or related rights, requests may be submitted through official RevivalGG support channels. Some data may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, transaction records or legal obligations.
The Service may be accessible internationally. Age and privacy requirements differ by jurisdiction. Where required, features or processing may be restricted for minors or specific locations.
The official Trickster Revival domain is trickster.revivalgg.com. Do not submit account credentials or sensitive information to websites imitating the Service. Approved external service providers may use separate domains and should be reached through links presented by the official portal.
